Harris County leaders gathered Thursday to dedicate a downtown building in memory of the late Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.

The ceremony was at noon at 1111 Fannin, where officials will unveil the building’s new name. The 17-story office building has served as a key hub for county operations and recently underwent upgrades.
