Houston police are looking for two men who robbed a man at gunpoint while he was grabbing work materials from his van in an apartment complex parking lot.

It happened Jan. 15, just after 7:30 p.m., in the 8700 block of Broadway at the 8700 Broadway Apartments in southeast Houston.

The victim told officers he was behind his van when two men walked up to him.

Surveillance video shows one of the men creep up on the side of the van while one of them pulls out a gun and demands his belongings.

According to police, the men went through the man’s pockets, took his things, and ran off. It’s unclear which direction they went.

No injuries were reported, but police are hoping someone recognizes the suspects.

One of the men involved was wearing a gray jacket with black pants. The other had on a black and white jacket and black pants.
