Last night, deputies with Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman apprehended a man accused of theft at an H-E-B store in the Klein area, located at 5251 FM-2920 Road.

The man was accused of attempting to steal a total of $2,850.50 worth of merchandise from the store. Authorities posted a picture of the recovered items, and the haul mostly consisted of makeup and cosmetic products.

Shockingly, the man in custody was also revealed to have an outstanding warrant for sexual assault in Ohio, along with a probation violation on a case involving larceny.
