When deputies arrived, they found a man, identified as 67-year-old Billy Fisher, with multiple gunshot wounds. Deputies and EMS personnel jumped into action to save the victim’s life, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Several witnesses saw what happened, and deputies were able to detain the suspect, who was still at the scene.
Sunday, the suspected shooter was identified as 58-year-old Timothy Sisco.
Initial findings suggest that Fisher and Sisco were neighbors in the RV park and had been having ongoing disputes. During this particular disagreement, investigators believe Sisco pulled out a gun and shot Fisher multiple times.
Authorities have stated that this is an isolated incident, affecting only Sisco and the victim.
Sisco has been booked into Montgomery County Jail and charged with murder. He is being held on $500,000 bond.
