A woman has died after she was involved in a car accident that flipped her car multiple times.
The crash happened at around 3:15 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the 14100 block of Cypress North Houston Road.

The woman’s vehicle crashed through a residential fence and into a home’s backyard.
According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, a gas grill was knocked over by the collision. A small fire might have started, but it was quicky put out.
It appears the vehicle also struck a gas bbq grill and may have ignited a small fire, that was quickly extinguished. Thankfully no one in the home was injured.

Nobody in the home was injured.
Powerlines in the area were damaged by the collision, causing homes around the impact to lose power. Saturday evening, CenterPoint energy provided the following update:
Our hearts go out to all who are affected by this incident. CenterPoint Energy crews are onsite collaborating with first responders and law enforcement to secure the area and restore service to impacted customers safely and as quickly as possible. Repairs are estimated to be completed this evening.
