The new office is located at 5900 Canal St. in Houston’s East End.

It’s part of HCDCO’s commitment to improving accessibility and convenience for Harris County residents seeking passport services.

The Canal Street location is a walk-in-only facility. Harris County residents can also expect a convenient experience, with easy parking and efficient service.

“As international travel nears one of its peak seasons, we are proud to expand our passport services,” said Harris County District Clerk Marilyn Burgess.

The HCDCO has discontinued the walk-in passport operation at its downtown Civil Courthouse location, as all walk-in services are now offered at the Canal Street office.
