According to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman, one of his officers posed as a customer at 81 Spa on Cypress Creek Parkway. The constable said that the unidentified officer “was solicited for sex and/or sex acts by females working in the establishment.”

Only one woman, Yonghua Lou, was arrested and charged with prostitution. Constable deputies also learned she was not a licensed therapist.

Though Lou is currently only facing prostitution charges, Constable Herman said additional charges, including human trafficking-related, are likely as the investigation continues.
