Authorities in Montgomery County say a weeklong undercover sting led to the arrest of two men trying to prey on children online—and one of them was a local kindergarten teacher.
The operation, which took place the week of April 21, was a team effort between the Precinct 3 Constable’s Office and the Houston Area Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Investigators posed as minors online to catch adults looking to exploit kids.

That’s when they say they caught 39-year-old Brian Schultz, who they later discovered was a kindergarten teacher at Snyder Elementary in Conroe ISD. He’s now facing a second-degree felony charge for online solicitation of a minor.
The second arrest was 37-year-old Randall Selby, who’s facing a first-degree felony charge for sexually assaulting a child.
Both men were arrested without any issues, and detectives say more charges could be coming as the investigation continues.
If you know anything about Schultz or have concerns, you’re encouraged to call 281-364-4211 and ask to speak with a detective.
Officials say these arrests are just part of their ongoing effort to protect kids and take down predators before they can do harm.
