According to investigators, the illegal gambling business was actively operating in the area, and the raid was the result of a lengthy undercover operation confirming suspicions. The operation’s results prompted criminal charges to be filed against Hieu Huynh for Keeping a Gambling Place.

Constable Herman, in a statement, emphasized the serious threat posed by illegal gambling operations, which often serve as a cover for other criminal activities. He urged the public to understand that such establishments not only violate Texas state law but also contribute to the funding of criminal enterprises that compromise the safety and security of local communities.
