BRAZORIA COUNTY, Texas – Law enforcement is investigating after a decomposing body was found near Alvin in Brazoria County.

The Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office says the discovery was made at County Road 99 and Belcher Road, not far from Alvin.
The man’s body was said to be in advanced decomposition.
Right now, investigators don’t know if the man’s death was the result of a crime.
