The Conroe Police Department arrested a man in North Houston for the sexual assault of a Circle K clerk last Thursday.
22-year-old Logan Michael Parker was found by police at N. Loop 336 W. near Northwest Freeway Service Road—less than 10 minutes away from the Circle K, where officials received a call from a clerk who said she was sexually assaulted.

When officers arrived, they said the unidentified 23-year-old woman was traumatized and explained that the assault occurred inside the store. The officers immediately began searching for evidence and reviewing the security cameras.
During their investigation, Conroe officers said they were able to find Parker and his vehicle within a few hours after the incident. Parker was then interviewed by detectives and arrested for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault.
He was then booked in the Montgomery County Jail, and the investigation is currently ongoing with no further information released at this time.
