Authorities are seeking out additional victims after a man was arrested for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman in Conroe. Unbeknownst to the suspect, the attack was captured on video.

According to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Donald Eugene Goss Jr. has been charged with sexual assault, a second-degree felony. Evidence suggests that Goss may have drugged his victim to incapacitate her.

According to Goss’ arrest warrant documents, the victim told MCTX deputies that Goss sexually assaulted her while she was passed out and unable to consent in December of 2023.

She had first met Goss the day before the alleged assault took place, after the two were introduced by a mutual friend. The following day, Goss and two other friends came over to the victim’s house, where the group hung out and used methamphetamines. After the other two friends had left, she passed out in her bed.

According to the victim, when she woke up, she realized that her pants had been removed. This made her suspicious, and she remembered that she had a video camera in her room that was recording while she was unconscious. Upon reviewing the footage, she saw Goss take advantage of her body for more than an hour.

Authorities reviewed more than two hours of recorded footage from the assault, which shows Goss repositioning the woman multiple times and performing various sexual acts on her. She does not appear to be conscious or aware of what is happening.

After the victim realized she had been assaulted, she confronted Goss over text. He responded that he “didn’t penetrate [her] and only wanted to taste it.” He also apologized multiple times, stating that his behavior was “not him.”

She also told Goss about the video camera and provided him with a snippet from the recording of the attack. Caught in the act, he continued to apologize and reiterated that he only “tasted [the victim] a little bit.” He also said he stopped because he felt guilty about what he had done.

Judging by the duration and strength of her unconsciousness, the victim believed that she may have been drugged by Goss. She also said that she spoke to other women with similar stories involving him.

Authorities were easily able to identify Goss as the man in the video from his physical appearance and tattoos. He was taken into custody on March 28 and is currently in custody at the Montgomery County Jail.

Authorities encourage anyone with information about Goss or who believes they may have been a victim to reach out to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at (281) 297-6565.
