Online sting operation in Montgomery Co. leads to two men arrested for targeting minors

To protect children from online predators, deputies from Montgomery County teamed up with local law enforcement and arrested two men accused of trying to solicit minors for sex.

On March 18, 2025, Constable Ryan Gable’s Office worked with multiple law enforcement agencies in a joint sting. Their goal was to identify and arrest online predators targeting minors.

During the operation, a detective from Constable Gable’s Office identified two suspects: Diego Cajas Espinoza from The Woodlands, and Henrik Mouton from Spring. Both were attempting to solicit a minor for sexual purposes.

Detectives from Precinct 3, in collaboration with the Texas Department of Public Safety, successfully located and arrested Mouton and Espinoza.

They now face charges of online solicitation of a minor, a second-degree felony. Both individuals have been booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where they are currently held on a $30,000 bond.
