Just a heads up—daylight saving time starts at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 9. That means it’s time to spring forward and lose an hour of sleep. It’s that time of year when the clocks get pushed ahead, and our mornings feel a little shorter.

Before you head to bed on Saturday night, make sure to set your clocks ahead! Yes, you’ll lose an hour of sleep, but on the bright side, we’ll be enjoying longer days, more sunshine, and warmer weather.

And don’t worry, you’ll get that hour back later this year—time “falls back” on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

So, set a reminder, prepare for the time change, and maybe keep some coffee handy on Sunday morning to ease into the day.
