Houston Police Department is investigating a multi-vehicle crash on North Sam Houston Parkway Feeder at Lee Road.

According to the HPD, the call came in around 3:00 p.m. reporting a collision involving up to five cars. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while several others were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Among those transported, one was taken to a pediatric hospital, though further details about the condition of the victims have not been released.
