Larisha Sellers, Julian’s mother, shared her struggle with the loss. “Not a day, not a second, not a minute goes by that he’s not on my mind,” she said. Despite her grief, she remains hopeful that the release of a sketch of the suspect will bring them closer to identifying the person responsible for her son’s death.

“It was hard for me to see that, but it just gives us the peace that they are trying to find the suspect,” Sellers said.

The suspect is described as having dreadlocks with yellow and gold tips.

Sellers urging anyone with information on her son’s case to come forward. “Please put it on your hearts to tell the person to turn themselves in,” she implored.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest by calling 713-222-TIPS.
