Houston man arrested for exposing himself to employees, customers at Texas Roadhouse

A Houston man was arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to employees and customers at a local restaurant.

On March 1, 2025, deputies from Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an incident at the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant in the 17400 block of the North Freeway. The call was regarding an indecent exposure.

Upon arrival, deputies detained the suspect, identified as Terrin Frazier.

According to the investigation, Frazier drove to the front of the restaurant, exposed himself, and engaged in lewd acts in front of employees and patrons.

Frazier was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Indecent Exposure. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 5.
