Investigators are looking for the person who shot and killed a 14-year-old in northeast Houston

northeast Houston – Houston Police said that they were called to a drive by shooting at Harbor Street and Hershe Street around 9 p.m. On Saturday.

Investigators said they found the 14-year-old victim at the scene.

Police said that initial reports show that the victim received a phone call from the suspect and the two started arguing. Police said that the suspect then drove to victims' location and started shooting at the car he was in and drove away.
