According to court documents, a caregiver reported that an 8-year-old boy was inappropriately touched by Molina at a home in Conroe on December 28, 2024. The caregiver had just stepped out to use the bathroom, and that’s when the alleged incident occurred.

A few days later, on January 2, the child had a medical examination and shared what had happened. Then, on January 10, authorities found several past reports of sexual assault involving the same suspect. All the victims were young boys, around the same age, and the incidents were disturbingly similar.

Molina was taken into custody on Jan. 16 and is currently held in the Montgomery County Jail with a $200,000 bond.

The arrest was carried out by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reduction Unit in The Woodlands, in collaboration with detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit.

MCSO is urging anyone with information about Molina or other potential victims to contact the Special Victim’s Unit at 936-760-5876, referencing case number 25A001569.
