CYPRESS, Texas – The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office is sharing photos of two suspects in a fraud case in hopes someone knows who they are and can help law enforcement apprehend them.
Authorities say the two suspects fraudulently withdrew thousands of dollars from a Cypress woman’s bank account.

According to the constable’s office, the crime was reported on Nov. 7, 2024, when a woman in the 19200 block of Dawntreader Dr. told them she had received a call seemingly from her Wells Fargo Bank, stating that an unknown person was trying to withdraw money out of her account.
The woman was told in order to avoid any additional fraudulent transactions for her to cut the bank card in half without damaging the chip and that a bank representative would come to her home and pick up the card.
Believing the caller, the woman did that and later the same day, during two different incidents, video surveillance captured two suspects arrive at the home to retrieve the bank card.
After the suspects took the card, authorities say they went to two ATM machines in the Cypress area and withdrew $4,400 from the woman’s account.
“The suspects are described as black males. The first suspect was wearing a plaid shirt and khaki pants. The second suspect was wearing a shirt and brown pants,” the constable’s office said.
Anyone with any information is asked to call the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office.
