Houston Police Department officials are investigating a fatal car crash on Houston’s eastside Thursday morning.
The crash occurred at around 9:20 a.m. in the 9100 block of Clinton Drive in east Houston.

Officials have not confirmed the details of the situation, but the scene was captured by our Sky 2 chopper. It appears that a pedestrian on-foot was hit by an 18-wheeler. Investigators were looking underneath the large vehicle and taking pictures.

The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
