HOUSTON – Police were searching for the driver of an 18-wheeler who caused a deadly crash and left the scene in Southeast Houston.
Investigators said a driver in an 18-wheeler crashed into four cars on the South Sam Houston Parkway and Sabo at about 7 p.m. Friday.

Officers found a man dead in a silver car.
Three others were hospitalized, including a woman in critical condition, a 7-year-old with minor injures and a man in stable condition.
Investigators were reviewing surveillance video and interviewing witnesses.
“If anyone has information on a vehicle with some damage, an 18-wheeler with some damage, they can call 911 or Crime Stoppers,” said Lt. Larry Crowson with the Houston Police Department.
Police had not released a description of the 18-wheeler.
