Houston – Investigators said they were dispatched to the 4700 block of Lockwood on Friday evening.
When offers arrived they said they discovered a man in his early 40’s had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Investigators said that the victim had been at a family member’s home on the other side of Lockwood before heading to the apartment complex where he was shot. It’s still unclear what led up to the shooting.
Investigators have not released any information about a suspect.
