Man shot while taking out garbage at his home Christmas Day

A 37-year-old man was shot while he was taking out the garbage at his home in northwest Harris County.

The incident happened in the early evening hours of Christmas Day. Deputies with Harris County Pct. 4 responded to the 24000 block of Wild Horse Lane in response to a shooting.

They soon discovered that a man had been shot in front of his home while he was taking out the trash.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are not available at this time, and we don’t know the victim’s condition.
