History of public disturbances

The Grinch, a familiar figure in the community, is known for his history of public disturbances. His previous run-ins with law enforcement have made him a regular subject of concern. Despite his reputation for causing trouble, this was the first time the suspect was identified in connection with a disturbance at the store.

Swift action prevents escalation

Deputies Ramirez and Horelica took swift action, bringing the situation under control without further incident.

The suspect was taken into custody, and authorities confirmed there were no further issues.

This arrest is a reminder that even the most notorious holiday villains won’t be allowed to steal Christmas—or from HEB—this year.
