The Texas Center for the Missing has issued a Silver Alert for an 81-year-old man with medical conditions.
Luis Moreno-Chavez was last seen at around 9 a.m. this morning. He was on foot in the 6100 block of Bellfort Ave. in southeast Houston. He was last seen wearing a green sweater, gray sweatpants and a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball cap.

Moreno-Chavez has been diagnosed with dementia and is in need of medication.
