Petterson, considered a high-risk sex offender, was taken into custody in Dayton on Nov. 27.

In 1991, he was convicted of aggravated sexual assault regarding an incident with a 17-year-old girl and sentenced to 10 years in prison. Since then, he has been arrested for harassment, failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements and assault of a family member by impeding breath.

He has been wanted since Nov. 2023, when a new warrant was issued for his arrest in San Antonio for failure to comply with sex offender registration.

Garay was located and arrested in San Antonio on Nov. 29 after investigators followed up on a tip.

After serving seven years for aggravated robbery, Garay was released from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2018. Earlier this year, a warrant was issued for his arrest out of Bexar County for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. An additional warrant was also issued for Garay for a parole violation.

Wilson was arrested in Grand Prairie on Dec. 2, and he was also brought to justice by a tip. He bonded out of jail after being arrested in Houston for murder in 2019, but he then destroyed his ankle monitor and had been wanted since 2023.

Rewards will be paid to the tipsters that helped authorities locate Garay and Wilson, Crime Stoppers confirmed.
