1 shot after kids seen fighting outside Burger King near high school in north Harris County

HOUSTON – There’s a heavy police presence outside a Burger King in Spring Monday morning where investigators found 1 person shot, and another detained.

Details are limited as it’s an active investigation, but Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Deputies got word of some kids fighting in the parking lot on North Freeway. When officers got there, they found one person, described only as a “male victim” with a gunshot wound. Another person was detained.
