4 hospitalized, 2 in critical condition after fire at Fulshear home

FULSHEAR, Texas – Four people were hospitalized after a fire broke out at a home in Fulshear Wednesday morning.

The Fulshear Fire Department said it happened just before 10 a.m. at a home on El Dorado Blvd.

Firefighters got the call at 9:52 a.m. from a neighbor saying there was a fire in the back of the home.

Firefighters were able to get four people out of the house. Two of those people were flown to a hospital in critical condition. The remaining two were taken by ambulance for minor injuries.

The Fort Bend County Fire Marshal’s Office as well as the Fulshear Police Department are processing the scene and investigating to try and determine the cause of the fire.

Responding agencies included Fulshear Simonton Fire Department, Willowfork Fire Department, Fulshear Police Department, Fort Bend County EMS, and the Fort Bend County Fire Marshal.
