TxDOT holding in-person and virtual public meeting on I-45 North Houston Highway Improvement Project

HOUSTON – TxDOT will be holding two separate public meetings to provide an update on the I-45 North Houston Highway Improvement Project.

The first meeting is an in-person open house which will be held today, Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Moody Community Center located at 3725 Fulton St.

A second virtual meeting will be available for people who want to participate on Thursday, Oct. 17, at 5 p.m. The virtual public meeting will consist of a pre-recorded video presentation and will include both audio and visual components. To register and view the public meeting, click here.

“While the focus of these public meetings will be Segments 1 and 2 of the I-45 NHHIP, information on Segment 3, the downtown portion of the I-45 NHHIP project, will be available as well. Segment 2 includes the portion of I-45 from I-10 to I-610 including the I-45/I-610 interchange, and Segment 1 includes the portion of I-45 from I-610 to Beltway 8,” TxDOT said.
