The Weekend Forecast:

Heading into the weekend, we’ll start to see rain chances ramp back up on Saturday and Sunday as tropical moisture moves back in. This will help to trigger off widespread thunderstorms on both Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

If you’re planning to play pickleball, golf or any outdoor games definitely plan to start as early as possible! Storms ramp up after 1PM.

Your 10-day Forecast:

We have almost daily chances of storms with the possibility of a slightly drier weather pattern next week. It’s been a few years since we’ve had a summer weather pattern like this, but this is what a normal summer pattern looks like in Houston.

A daily chance of storms with temps in the lower and mid-90s. The triple-digit heat we’ve had the past several summers was from drought and an extremely dry weather pattern.
