At least the mornings will feel a little more manageable with most areas starting in the mid to upper 60s to low 70s Wednesday morning.
Ahead of the front, feels-like temperatures will sky rocket to the triple digits Tuesday.
We’ll see a tiny dip in our morning lows, which will bring a slight relief to the mornings- instead of waking in upper 70s and low 80s, we get to enjoy a couple mornings in the low 70s.
The front will weaken and stall out which may bring a few more isolated showers Thursday.
Take care of yourself in this heat:
Remember to take breaks to avoid heat exhaustion if you plan to be outside. It usually takes our bodies a few weeks to acclimate to the typical summer Houston heat.
10-day forecast:
Temperatures may see a dip back into the 80s as rain chances increase slightly for Memorial Day weekend. Right now, it looks like 20-30% should cover our weekend but we’ll adjust the forecast as we need to.
