HOUSTON – We will be tracking a coastal low on Sunday, which will increase our cloud cover. This will bring a 40% chance for showers. The highest chance for rainfall is south of I-10. Forecast rainfall accumulations are less than half an inch.

Afternoon and Evening: Scattered showers continue across SE Texas.

Night: Shower chances decrease, but clouds stick around.

Showers coming to end as low pressure continues to move away from Texas.
Monday’s Forecast:

There will be no rain on Monday, and clouds will decrease. Temperatures will start in the upper 30s and warm to the mid-50s.

Clouds gradually decrease throughout the day.

10-day Forecast:

Temperatures are closer to average this week. Late in the week, temperatures warm above average into the 70s. The warm-up is brief. A cold front approaches Saturday night, bringing rain chances and a drop in temperatures, potentially making for a chilly Martin Luther King Day.
