Tonight’s Forecast:
Tonight we will not cool down much. Temperatures will be staying in the 70s for most of the evening with overnight lows only dropping to the upper-60s by Thursday morning.
Thursday’s Forecast:
Thursday gets windy! Strong southeast winds come in 20-30 mph with stronger gusts. These winds will be with us through Monday. This is our first windy pattern of the year. Highs will reach the mid-80s.
Friday’s Forecast:
There is a small chance for rain showers on Friday, mainly to our north and west. Friday will also be extremely gusty in the afternoon. Rain chances will increase Sunday (40%) and last through Tuesday.
Weekend Forecast:
While Saturday’s forecast may change, right now I do not have any rain in the forecast to start the weekend. The cool front that brings storms doesn’t arrive until Sunday. On Sunday we could get strong thunderstorms that bring a street flooding threat north of I-10. Both days will be warm and humid with highs in the upper-80s.
10-Day Forecast:
Our warm and windy conditions stick with us through Monday. Highs will climb to the upper-80s with gusty winds and increased humidity. We are still waiting on that first 90° day of the year.
