Woman says Harris County serial rape suspect promised to pay her bills after connecting online

As investigators with Harris County Sheriff’s Office are looking into multiple allegations of sexual assault against Carl Redfield, a 47-year-old man currently facing five felonies connected to the attack of two different women, additional victims are starting to come forward.
