Governor Abbott Vows Search Will Continue Until All Are Found

Governor Abbott held a news conference declaring the search for flood victims in the Texas Hill Country will not stop until every missing person is accounted for. With hundreds of volunteers and more than 20 state agencies involved, Abbott also addressed questions about accountability and who is to blame for the disaster.
