Liberty County Commissioners Court set to discuss long-awaited animal shelter

The conversation is on the agenda for a special meeting on Monday, where County Attorney Matthew Poston and Kathrine McCarty will lead a discussion, and possibly take action on starting construction in the new fiscal year.
