UH assault suspect Eric Latroy Brown refuses bond conditions, remains in jail

Eric Latroy Brown, accused of sexually assaulting a University of Houston student at knifepoint, is still in jail with a $15 million bond. Brown, facing aggravated sexual assault and robbery charges, has refused to sign bond conditions. Brown appeared in court on today where his defense attorney, Wilvin J. Carter, provided some insight into his client’s behavior during proceedings.
