It’s unclear exactly how everything transpired, but police say it appears to be a domestic incident, where an unidentified man, shot his ex-girlfriend and her male cousin to death. The shooter then reportedly turned the gun on himself.

Two suspects, including a 16-year-old, have been arrested and charged following a triple shooting in north Houston last year, according to the Houston Police Department.
