Cy-Fair ISD board members almost unanimously approved a $1.2 billion budget for the 2025-2026 school year, part of which includes reinstating bus transportation for students; an issue which KPRC 2 has covered extensively since the start of the school year.

More than a week since a Cy-Fair ISD middle school student was hit by a truck while riding their bicycle to school, the district is now making some changes to its transportation policy.
