Galveston Police say they responded at around 4 p.m. on April 19 to a report of a man taking photos of an underage child on the beach in the 1500 block of Seawall Boulevard.

Authorities began investigating Taylor Roy after getting tips about videos showing young girls recorded in public areas; namely The Woodlands Mall, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and local parks. Some footage allegedly included young girls undressing in a Forever 21 dressing room.
