Navy veteran Chris Luna thought he was managing his PTSD—until the isolation of the pandemic made him realize he needed help. National non-profit America’s VetDogs is looking for puppy raisers to help raise service dogs that will enhance the lives of veterans, active-duty service members and first responders with disabilities.
