A Union Pacific train has been stalled for hours on the tracks, causing heavy traffic between the Southwest Freeway and San Felipe Street on Friday afternoon.

Investigators said the suspect barricaded himself inside of a home on Cavalcade St. for five hours before surrendering to authorities.
