So 90% relative humidity is the amount of moisture that the air can hold at a given temperature. I was checking the weather in Las Vegas yesterday and the humidity was 2%, air temp 109, dew point 4. Dew Point temperature is an even better way to determine how much moisture is in the air than relative humidity.
