Harris County Sheriff’s Office has announced the outcomes of its investigation into an incident where an inmate was accidentally left in a holding cell at the Harris County Criminal Justice Center for hours earlier this year.

Judge Andrea Beall ruled Tuesday that the prosecutors, Brian Wice and Kent Schaffer, are owed the $300-an-hour rate by the county that they were promised when they started on the case in 2015.
