A 21-year-old former student opened fire inside his school in Austria’s second-biggest city Tuesday morning and killed 10 people.

Authorities in the Austrian city of Graz say a former student opened fire at a school, killing 10 people and wounding 12 others before taking his own life.

The new Austrian government says it has decided to immediately stop family reunion procedures for migrants because the country is no longer able to absorb newcomers adequately.

Austrian authorities say the stabbing of six people that left a 14-year-old boy dead was carried out by a man with possible connections to the Islamic State group who appeared to have acted alone.
