Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg has announced the decision to seek the death penalty for Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Pena, both Venezuelan nationals, charged with the abduction, assault, and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in June.

Franklin Pena and Johan Martinez-Rangel have been indicted for capital murder in Harris County and each have a $10 million bond.
