HPD said they are looking for two men accused of beating up the pedicab driver after an argument about the price, but only one of them was caught on camera.

CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Houston police shared surveillance video showing two employees following the man as he walked out of the store with items in his hands that he didn't pay for.

Police said the young men asked a customer at the register “for a cigarette.” He declined to give them one, so they went outside to the parking lot and waited for him to come out of the store.
