Carol Skidmore, missing since 1977, has been positively identified after skeletal remains found in Florida were confirmed through DNA testing by the Austin County Sheriff’s Office.

Clarence Cloud, 31, was the subject of an operation conducted in the early hours of June 14. He was wanted in Harris County on a felony arrest warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
