He is expected to play Sunday against the Denver Broncos. He participated fully and is officially listed as questionable on the injury report.

Schultz was rested Wednesday and Thursday due to knee and shoulder injuries. He appeared to be in some pain Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. He played 49 offensive snaps and caught two passes for 24 yards on three targets.
The Texans had expressed hope and confidence he would return.
Schultz leads the Texans with 32 catches and ranks second with 308 yards. The only other tight end on the active roster is Harrison Bryant. Cade Stover is on injured reserve with a broken foot and not back for at least a few more weeks.
“Dalton didn’t go today, but we’re expecting to get him back as the week goes on,” Texans coach DeMeco Ryans said Wednesday. “He’s doing well, progressing just fine.”
The Texans also listed defensive ends Denico Autry and Dylan Horton as questionable with knee injuries, but both are expected to play. Fullback Jakob Johnson, who was designated for return this week, is also questionable.
The Broncos officially ruled out star corner Patrick Surtain.
